ML Divers - Cyprus
The PADI Divemaster course is the first step in your professional dive
career. With the help of your instructor you will expand your dive
knowledge and develop your leadership skills through classroom and
independent studies, qualifying you to supervise dive activities and
assist instructors with student divers. You will complete a series of water
skills, stamina exercises, organisation and problem solving training,
quizzes and final exam.
Involved in this course:
• Knowledge Development: 12 topics ranging from dive theory to
assisting student divers in training
• Prerequisites: PADI Advanced Open Water Diver, PADI Rescue Diver 20
logged dives, 18 years old.
• Minimum Number of Logged Dives: 60 for certification as PADI
Divemaster
The PADI Divemaster course training qualifies you to do the following:
• Work at dive centers and on dive boats
• Assist PADI instructors with students training courses
• Lead PADI Scuba Divers on guided tours
• Teach and certify PADI Skin Divers
• Teach PADI Discover Snorkeling programs
• Conduct PADI Scuba Review programs for certified scuba divers
training
• Lead certified scuba divers on Discover Local Diving training
experiences
• Teach PADI Emergency First Response Courses after successful
completion of the Emergency First Response Instructor course.
The duration of this course is 10 days – 3 weeks.
